L. Sridhar, is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds Certificate of Practice since March 1982 and is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1988.
He qualified in the year 1981, worked with two firms of Chartered accountants, M/s. Price Waterhouse and M/s. Coopers & Lybrand for about 5 years, and then started practice in partnership with Mr. Brito. He is also a qualified company secretary.
His areas of professional interest is Auditing, Information systems, and tax laws. He is presently specializing on Goods & Services Tax Laws prevailing in the country. He is also a qualified company secretary, and his practice domain includes matters relating to Corporate laws and Company Secretarial Practice.

C.J. Brito, is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He completed his article ship with M/s. Price Waterhouse, and worked with them after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1986. Later together with L. Sridhar, he commenced practice of M/s. Sridhar & Brito Chartered Accountants.

Ganeshraj P G, is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
